At BRINK, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you have the right equipment for your performance needs. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange gear will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
